The Singgahsana Lodge team is made up of a diverse mix of local talents whose enthusiasm and propensity to please is most encouraging. Led by Mariana Bohari, our 24/7 , 365 days a year front desk is manned by the team comprising Yna, Ray, Nuing and Patrick who are ready to assist you in every way possible. These are your Dream Makers Team. Housekeeping supervisor Chris Latanzi together with his side kicks Nor and Amir keeps the entire lodge spick and span and are ready to render their help anytime. Adam and Nazrin entertains you at The Sadau Bar, attentively awaiting to serve up the coldest beers and refreshing drinks.
At the management office, Shirley manages the day to day operations ensuring that the accounts are kept in proper order. Rose ably assist in all matters: accounts,operations and administratively.
Through their tireless efforts, our dedicated crew members have ensured to their best ability ensured that guests at the lodge have a memorable stay. Impressive ‘bricks and mortar’ is not nearly as important as the level service extended, as such our team at the lodge will always be looking to deliver you their best hoping that you will arrive as guests and leave as friends.
The Other Characters
Affable Uncle Lawrence is regularly on hand to assist guests wherever possible. A retired senior police officer, he exemplifies old world charms with his pleasantry and friendliness. Strike a conversation with him and he might even convince you to accompany him for a good hearty local breakfast at some of his favourite haunts.
2012 marked a sad year for all at Singgahsana Lodge with the sudden passing of Richard Foo. Legendary Chard was the life wire of the lodge since its inception and now continues to inspire all of us in his memory. Most of the many friendships he fostered in his lifetime remain close to the team at Singgahsana Lodge sharing fond memories of a caring and fun loving brother deeply etched in the lodge’s history.
